Though he didn't know it, Mom planned a great surprise day of celebrating Dad for his 75th Birthday. We were part of the decoy having not been able to come down for the weekend of his actual Birthday. Once we headed to our destination in Long Beach, however, a group of his friends were there to surprise him. On top of that, he got to ride around Cape Disappointment in a crazy Batman-looking 3-wheeled vehicle and race against nearly everyone (Mom included!) on the go cart track.
