Constitutions Matter: Graffiti on Graffiti

So it appears repeated calls on the local Internets to enhance local "Constitutions Matter" billboards have been heeded. A couple tips led me to five such altered signs. The graffiti is crude and obviously purely done to send a direct response to the phrase Clear Channel has posted in protest of a now 10-year-old law on the books here in Tacoma. Here's what they say:
