The folks over at Primo Grill have launched a new blog. Chef Charlie McManus will cook up some content from time to time and hopefully give us insights into the restaurant biz. A blurb in their latest newsletter reads:
Beginning Sunday April 1st, Charlie will spill the culinary beans re: The Primo world. Culinary trends, sustainability, tools, equipment and of course the most important question a home cook will ever ask.. "I must have SUBZERO… Right?"
Head on over and lend your words of encouragement Charlie's way. I'm sure it's intimidating being the first blogger of its kind in the area. Maybe this will be the start of a new local online trend? I can only hope so.
