Morning Winthrop meeting audio and links

The prospect of transforming the Winthrop into a grand hotel and finding replacement housing for current residents is a potential win-win for everyone involved. Developers Tim Quigg and Chester Trabucco have a vision for the space and shared that along with info from others involved at this morning's early meeting.
