Waffles and More.

Sunday the 1st marked my return from Idaho and the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival. The trip took the PLU Jazz Ensemble there to compete and enjoy the swaths of jazz music and musicians. We played wonderfully and had good bonding time with one another.

A little known secret found deep in the heart of the Spud State is a little breakfast joint in Lewiston. Waffles and More is incredible. With a wide variety of waffles and pancakes this breakfast house also offers up a great lunchtime menu. I recommend the chocolate chip waffles.
