Thought of the day: 4 Times as Attractive...
Statement: By moving 1/2 the distance from me to you, I become four times as attractive.
Proof: The law of universal gravitational attraction states that the force of attraction F equals the universal gravitational constant G times the mass of object one m1 times the mass of object m2 all over the radius r squared or:

So, let's take m1 as me and m2 as you (preferrably someone of the opposite sex in whom I'm interested). Now the only variable left is r (the distance between me and you). Since this is an inverse square function, with every value of r that is half that of the previous value of r, the attraction between us becomes 4 times as great.
As the above ratio shows, when the radius is reduced by half (.5) it becomes four times greater than the first.

Conclusion: When the distance from me to you is halved, the attraction between us becomes 4 times as great. Thus I become 4 times as attractive as before. Also, the closer I move to you, the more attractive I become!
