Vocal jazz at PLU?

We won! The Pacific Lutheran University Vocal Jazz Ensemble took first place yesterday in the college catagory at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival!

'Nuff said.

In other news...

Congratulations to all the other musicians from PLU that gave it all they got yesterday in both solo and ensemble venues. A big shout out from me to the Jazz Ensemble for playing one hell of a set. Frankly, they knocked my socks off. Love you guys and I miss playing with you. It was my pleasure to be in the audience to hear you all kick the puppy!
