Minor mudslides along Tacoma waterfront
As Sarah and I drove in late to work this morning I notice some minor mudslide activity along the waterfront on Schuster Parkway. I always notice how steep those hills along the side of the road are and they certainly make me worry from time to time. More »

Photos ~ Mud and debris slide in Tacoma
As I mentioned a couple days ago the rains of late (including last night) have done some work to help some of our nearby hillsides slide a bit. My Geosciences degree does give me some background in this sort of stuff and most of these hillsides are genuinely stable. More »
