Photos ~ Hit the ground weeding
Hoola hoes are your friend. Especially when there's a patch of weeds as long as your house to be cleared. That's one of the many [not] exciting activities we took on today. The patch is one we cleared out last summer and we let the grass and weeds do their work over the winter. Today we busted out the hoola hoe and cleaned everything up nicely. After being pretty sick, it was nice to get some fresh air and be a little more active than most of my week in bed or on the couch. I put in a couple hours at work today too so next week wouldn't be so daunting. Got a couple things done but my energy level was still a bit low so I headed home with my wife to wind the weekend down with some TV.
