Here's a few choice photos I snapped this morning of the Kaiser smokestack demolition. I'm out for the day to spend time with family but will get more pics and video up later.

Here's the clip of video I caught of the demolition -- came out pretty decent. Good thing I framed the shot like I did considering I was snapping away taking photos while it came down.

Photos ~ Dad's Birthday BBQ

After a roarin' good time watching the smokestack demolition, Sarah and I drove down to Vancouver. Today's my dad's 65th Birthday and we headed down there to celebrate. First stop was some lunch with Mandy and a couple other friends. We filled up way too much but had a great time chattin' it up. From there Sarah made some appetizers at her mom's while I headed up to help mine prep for the BBQ. Everything was setup and folks started arriving. The heat outside was still pretty hot but the shade and a breeze helped cool us down. We all had fun talking and eating and watching my dad open his presents.
