Weekend DVD picks
Once in a while it's nice to have a bit of a lull between the busyness of everyday life. I'll have just one of those weekends with no plans in particular that I'll probably thoroughly relax and enjoy. My question to you all (y'all) is, what have you been renting lately? Since we have some time it might be fun to rent a DVD and it'd be great to hear from everyone what they've watched recently. What was the last DVD you rented and why? Allow me to lead by example...
Sweet Home Alabama
For us it was Sweet Home Alabama last Friday night. We had just eaten at Carl's Jr. and were trying out our new couches movie worthiness with friends Angela and Steve. It was a pretty solid, light-hearted movie that actually does make you think a bit about where you come from versus where you are.

Photos ~ Calm fall morning on the water
I took a minute on my way in to work this morning to stop and grab a few photos from Thea's Park. I had a purpose for my shots but got immediately side-tracked by the smooth, rolling water, lovely light and quiet calm of it all. I was even met by a couple great photogenic surprises! They may not make for the best photos to match a date like Friday the 13th in a month like October but here they are. Enjoy!
