Nordstrom Knows How To Gala (and Open)
Sat. November 11, 2006, 09:00am PST
You know it's a good morning when...
You step barefoot in cat vomit. Twice. I heard Lulu do the deed at 3:30am and rolled myself out of bed to go clean it up. I didn't find ground zero but did find some after-barf near the stairs. By stepping in it. Heck of a thing at 3:30 in the morning. After we were up and around for the day Sarah went out to grab some breakfast for us and I sat on the couch for a minute to get online. I remembered I wanted to do a couple things upstairs so I stood up, walked across the living room, and found the larger bit of barf I was looking for earlier. By stepping in it.
By this point you think I'd be mad but it really didn't bother me because it's the weekend, my loving wife was out to get me donuts, and I love our kitties too much to be mad at something they can't control. How's that for positive thinking? Have a great weekend!

Happy Saturday morning. At least she didn't do it on your keyboard. That might have made you a little upset.

Ah, the joys of pet ownership. Be thankful that it wasn't on your chest while you were sleeping. That is a new level of fun, I assure you.
Maybe Lu's been eating from your sock drawer. Notice any missing pairs?

You do have a positive thinking! I couldn’t have had one. I would have cleaned the floor with the cat’s fur or worse, I would have put the poor cat to clean it up. Oh, no, I would have motivated her with not throwing to my dog if she would do what I say.
