Photos ~ Fawcett House before demolition
Tacoma's troubled and recently burned Fawcett House will be knocked down today. Slated to be office space before the fire it will now be flattened. Don't know what's coming next at the site of the nearly 100 year old (soon to be former) structure but the empty plot will only add to what I call the "Park Blocks" Dead Zone there on Fawcett.

Anyone sad to see this one go? What do you think part owner Gintz will build there, if anything, to replace it?
