Photos ~ 2007 Daffodil Marine Parade

Still Daffodil'ing it up since last week's Junior parade and yesterday's Grand Floral parade, Sarah and I enjoyed some of today's lovely weather out at the Marine Parade. For a seldom advertised event it was a quiet a do. Forty seven boats and yachts decked their decks port to aft with daffodils and some with other stuff tying to the "Daffodils and All That Jazz" theme. We stood out on the Les Davis pier and had a great view of every boat passing in front of us a couple dozen yards. Most of the time we could hear folks on the boats shouting at friends and family watching.

I'm glad we made it out and will surely keep it in mind next year. Plus, it'll help us get pumped for the '08 Tall Ships.
