Photos ~ 2007 Sound to Narrows run
Checked the FeedTacoma calendar after I woke up this morning and was reminded of the Sound to Narrows Run taking place today. Since it was nearby our place I headed over to snap some pics. I debated whether to bike or drive over there and ended up taking the car only to have to park in a neighborhood over four blocks away. Should've just walked from our house. ;) Anyway, once at the event it was surely easier to walk around without a bike. There were easily thousands of runners taking part in various distance runs from kids to elders and from at least as far away as Florida (saw a FL plate on a car). I'm pretty sure most of them were pretty thrilled with the drizzly but cool weather, too.
Congrats to all the runners and cheers to the various Vassault Park neighbors kind enough to allow hordes of race enthusiasts to invade their sidewalks.

I ran in the Sound to Narrows 2007 and was wondering if you still photos that were taken at the end of the race. I ordered a pic, cannnot find it and was windering what it would take to get another one. Tks Jim
