Joeseppi's feeds Home Makeover crew
Local restranteur and all around great guy Joe Stortini of Joeseppi's is feeding crews on the set of an Extreme Home Makeover happening in Kirkland. A truck has been hauling grub up there to feed between 300 and 500 hungry do-gooders. More »

We didn't feel anything due to an afternoon nap but we awoke to news of the explosion down in the Nalley Valley. Sounds like there were a series of explosions involving a propane truck and tanks. More »

Just wanted to post a couple more shots of the aftermath from that Atlas Foundry explosion yesterday. Local damage to the Atlas facility is pretty severe with partial collapse of one structure near the exploded propane tanks. More »

After grabbing food at The Red Hot a couple weeks ago Sarah and I remembered we needed some milk so we crossed the street to Neighborhood Market. [ map ] Nothing from the outside would really urge me away from this place with its available off-street parking and clean enough facade. More »

After 21 months of construction The Roberson is showing itself to be formidable in the downtown condo market competition. Though visitors this weekend had to remove their shoes airport-style or dawn little baby blue booties it was fun to see inside the new place. More »
