April snow showers

To put a twist on the age-old question, do April snow showers bring May flowers? I don't know but I do know that the white stuff doesn't generally fall around here this time of year. The last couple days have been pretty chilly at night but no precip attempted to push in until this morning. It's a perfect combination to create snowfall but no one pays that close attention once Spring has started and we've all set our clocks ahead. Nevertheless, here's what it looked like out there when I woke up this morning:
