Been there, done that

Now that we had all pushed ourselves to the top of an active volcano, what could we possibily do with ourselves? Drive home. Gavin and I snapped some final pictures of everyone (including the Hideaway itself) before we drove away from this weekend. My car made a brief stop at my house in La Center, WA so I could pick up some identification and so we could drop Matt Turner off. His summer life in Parkland was over for this year. He now has to return to WSU for school just as we start thinking about heading back to PLU. Gavin, Holly, Sarah and I made but one stop for food at a Wendy's along I-5 in Centralia. It wasn't long after that when we pulled up to 424 123rd St. S. and unpacked the Volvo. My muscles still seemed to be draining my available energy to repair themselves which made for a drowsy close to the weekend.

In the spirit of one good thing leading to another, tomorrow I start my job as PLU's new Webmaster. I just hope I have the strength to climb the stairs up to work!
