In all, I think this shows how easy it can be for any city or private agency to solicit quality public feedback. More of our local leaders need to be aware that there are plenty of people in Tacoma that want to help and lend their perspective on our progress. Those leaders just need to check their egos at the door and reach out. I'm sure they'll be happily surprised with the outcomes.
