Downtown development town hall meeting tonight
Like downtown Tacoma and want to hear what some local decision makers and business leaders have to say? There's a town hall discussion about it (though not at town hall) tonight organized by Pierce County Councilmember Timothy Farrell. Representatives from the City will be there as well as the local development community. It's tonight at 711 St. Helens Ave. downtown between 6 and 7pm.

I wonder if we can ask Tim about the efforts in the county to combat the out of control sprawl there and re-invest in our city and downtown.

Uh-oh -- she's calling you our Erik. I think that's a great idea though. The sprawl vs. urban density would be a fun topic.
