There's an itches in my britches
Ha! You thought something completely different, didn't you? Just a minor personal revelation that makes me wonder just how fast I'm getting old. Tonight I realized that I wore my boxers backwards the entire day. Nothing really earth-shattering especially since said boxers don't hug things tight enough to cause a problem if mal-aligned. I actually blame it on my wife. She doesn't dress me in the morning, no, but she's usually still a slumber when I emerge from the shower. Being the nice guy that I am, I keep most of the lights off while getting dressed so I don't lend to a cranky waking of the lady. I think this pretty much explains it but I can't easily explain why I didn't notice it until tonight. Oh well.
On another note -- it's snowing! If you see this tonight, check out our webcam. It points from our computer room toward the southwest looking over our neighborhood. In the last half hour it's been coming down pretty well. Our next door neighbor was out taking pictures after I was. They were both enjoying the calm and beauty that's beginning. Radar is showing more bands of moisture moving in so we'll see just how much we get. I'll be sure to post a time-lapse of any snow accumulation. For now, here's a few pics.

I'm so glad Tacoma got to experience a little bit of snow! It's so beautiful, and to me, it always feels like the earth stops breathing for a second...

i was looking on your time lapse to see if i could see you walking around, but alas, couldn't find a frame. we should arrange some time where you can call go jump up and down in front of your house, or better yet, you can write me messages in the snow (with a stick please!) Enjoy the winter wonderland!!

Alas, its gone (in Seattle, at least). It was an early snow, though; that might bode well (if you like snow) for the rest of the winter.
