McCabe's in deep with police, City

The News Tribune is reporting this morning that McCabe's has had its power shut off and is operating under a temporary liquor license. The article is somewhat confusing but gives info about them getting caught selling liquor to a minor. That explains the suspension but is it customary to have the power shut off for such a violation? Seems like no matter the case the Powers That Be want the place shut down and will be getting some extra time before the license is renewed to back up a request that it not be.
