New fence along Delin above 'jungle'

A lengthy chain-link fence is going up on Delin bordering a portion of the "jungle" above South Tacoma Way. It runs from the corner of Tacoma Ave down to "C" Street. Looks like it's a decent solution for safety and to help prevent dumping and transient activity. As long as they don't decide to pave over the cool old rail fragment/pothole you'll hear no complaints from this side of the fence.

P.S. - Some fences I like. Others, not so much. Complicated guy, I know. ;)

One of the first photographs I have seen of the infamous "jungle."

Yes, but you have a good working theory.

Fences should be in places people are not supposed to go rather than block sidewalks.
