Photos ~ Morning moon over a neighborhood tree
Saw a lovely site out my office window as I sat down to eat some breakfast this morning. To help beautify your day please enjoy this photo of the moon sitting nearly on top of a tree just down the alley from our house. The blue morning sky is a calm reminder of how gentle the weather can seem after a dicey weekend of wind and rain. It's also a lesson about taking things one day/minute at a time. As I sit typing this the moon has slid off further down the sky to the west and the low bank of clouds has covered it up. Two reasons that, if I'd waited, I would've missed my chance at taking what I would call a lovely photo. Enjoy!

You almost convinced me to wake up early enough to see such a sight. But I realized I am so much not a morning person... Now that I have your picture I'll just wait till dusk and see if I can see the same.
