Photos ~ Plants Around the Yard

That's about it. So much is in bloom around the house that it's a shame not to share. What's growing in your plot?

I like the shots of the lavendar. We just recently threw in a bunch of flowers around our place to add some color and brightness...I'd tell you what kind but I'm not a gardener so I don't know the names! I can say that the other night Steve brought home some beautiful sunflowers from Home Depot that we planted and which are a delight to see both coming home and from the kitchen window as I do dishes. He also bought some red sunflowers from Rainier School which we are planting along the trellis. A couple of them are just getting ready to bloom and we're excited to see what they look like!
