You have no idea how proud of myself I am. Well, a couple of you do. Anyway, all this wonderful cooking thus far learning from Libby as well as here with my sis and bro-in-law must've inspired me. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you today's lunch: a sauteed mushroom and egg, pan-cooked quesadilla. FYI: not historically any kind of cook. But the idea materialized all by itself in my head and it turned out great, I must say. So, I'll relish in this minor victory and onward toward bigger and better food-related triumphs. ;)
