Picking up the pieces
Not too much excitement flying around today except that I was able to meet with the musician for our wedding and make some phone calls to other vendors. We've hired Pamela Jordan and her regular guitar partner Steve to be the musicians that will glue the wedding events together. It'll be perfect since Pam knows our family and visa versa and is, of course, a fabulous vocalist in her own right. This afternoon she stopped by on her way to see a relative in Renton so we could go over a possible list of charts. We're mostly directing her to play whatever she knows best that is similar to what we had in mind and only want her to play specific tunes for about four portions of the evening. She had some great ideas that we added to the mix and I was able to print out some music for songs she didn't think she had readily available.
After meeting with Pam I called up our cake vendor, flower vendor, and the Skamania county auditor's office to try to clear up and finalize some aspects of our special day. There's plenty of work to be done but we're completely looking forward to it.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year, Kevin. I enjoyed the XBox mod pics; i am still trying to get my GBA to double as a beard trimmer, but no luck.
I assume your wedding fotos will eventually be posted on your site, right?

And a happy New Year to you as well! Yessir, photos from the wedding will follow soon thereafter -- probably post-Costa Rica so sometime late this month.
If you're having trouble modding the GBA for personal hygiene I recommend the Nintendo DS -- reports note that it also doubles as the kitchen sink!
