Power sucker

Tonight I find myself writing this post from the drivers seat of my girlfriend's Pontiac sitting dead in a Shell gas station parking lot waiting for yet another jump. Yes, Kevin's car bloopers continue and now extend beyond my power hungry Volvo. Gavin and I just finished a wonderful dinner at Holly's parents' house. On the way there we noticed some odd sounds and a somewhat pathetic dash light power. Gavin noticed that the voltage meter was drastically low so we then began to take special heed to the impending problem. Upon leaving Holly's place we made it a mere mile or two and decided to park it in a local Target parking lot, called Holly's dad for a jump, then again headed out. Nearly halfway home we both now sit, each playing with our dinky computers waiting for our second jump/escort, Allison. More to come...
