Breakfast @ PSP 7 days a week
The demand is there and Puget Sound Pizza will now serve breakfast 7 days a week. Here's a note from Jim:
...due to increased downtown demand Puget Sound Pizza will begin serving breakfast seven days a week Wednesday September 12, 2007.
Breakfast hours Monday thru Friday will be 6:15am - 10:15am. Saturday and Sunday breakfast still will be served 9am until 1:30ish. During the week PSP begins serving the lunch/pizza menu at 11am.
The next few years will be pretty exciting in PSP's neighborhood. Let's hope up-take on the newly opened condos will be high or the market will level to help folks get into the area. From there, businesses like PSP could continue to have extremely bright futures.

A good reflection of the growing market in the area due to more workers and residents. Plus, PSP is just plain good. Still not much in the area open on the weekend.
By the way, Mineral around the corner, where RR had his art show appears to have closed.
Looking forward to seeing how the area looks in a year. Lots of retail space left at some pretty good prices around.

Mineral moved to the Dome District, across from Alfred's. She'll be in open again in November, I believe.
