Q13's Frickin' Laser Beams
Have I ever ranted about my hate/love relationship with local news productions? Well, I'll save that for another day but it seems the sound from the laser graphics of KING 5 (have you seen those things?) have crept over to Q13. Just as traffic man and often dry jokster on TV and radio Adam Gehrke stepped on the screen this morning some "PEW PEW!" sounds made their way into the newscast soundtrack. Just as he started to talk about local backups, the subtly surprised Gehrke exclaimed "Hmm, lasers," then continued on.
Note to all local news producers. Listen to what Gehrke didn't say. That was ridiculous.

That's supposed to make up for the truth deficiencies in FOX's "fair and balanced" coverage, you know. :)
