Testing...

Today's update is coming to you live from Rieke 113, my geological home away from home, where I now site wondering what is better: the Capris Sun that I just downed and am convinced was filled with cough syrup or the lab final that my Sedimentology & Stratigraphy prof is giving us? If I were to vote I would choose to abstain. This lab is frightening me. He hasn't even copied it off for the entire class yet but instead has been printing it off in his office upon request. Pages 1 and 2 of at least three are in my hand and I'm already feeling the heat. The professor carries with him the same delusion that seemingly all profs seem to carry: that assignments and labs take far less time than we (the students) think they will. Lemme check their pulse for a minute... Yup. There is one, despite my belief that only someone from the afterlife has come back to haunt the termination of this semester.

All jesting aside, if I conduct myself properly and get the lab done with much haste, everything will be OK. I have only to assess my priorities and be efficient with my time to produce success. Hmm, guess that brings this post to a conclusion.
