In an email written to AOL, I said the following:
You suck...
...and by suck I mean the life out of the instant messaging world. The use of messaging programs which combine the use of many programs in one is meant to bring together the online community. Your block of the use of such programs is little more than a cheap attempt to force users into an inferior product. Open up. Let the world communicate toGETHer.
