Video ~ Foggy Narrows bridges from the train
On her way south last Friday wifey Sarah shot this great video from the train.
Pretty impressive view and weather especially considering how toasty it was around that time. It'll be a sad day when/if the Amtrak is re-routed from this lovely route along the water once the new Sounder track to Lakewood is built. Screw saving 8 minutes, I'd take these views over that any day.
P.S. - Never mind the pinky in that shot. She didn't mean it to be there and wasn't pointing at anything in particular.

Seeing the Tacoma Narrows Bridge through the fog was spooky because it reminded me of the movie trailer of "The Bridge" shot in San Francisco." Click on link for trailer.
The "pinky" in the clip looked to identify something or someone on the bridge as the car passes beneath it.

I really liked the feel of it. If they were going to do a Blair Witch style ghost-bridge story the clip is a must have, pinky and all.
On another note, when are we going to see helmet cams put into play, Kevin. I want them in place before the next tall ships.

Yikes, that would sure provide some serious local perspective. That and a roller coaster-esque queeziness. ;)

Yes, the pinky could be a "automatic" psychological response similar to force that drives the user of the Ouija Board or "Automatic Drawings." Cassioposa holds the camera at the bridge, yet the pinky points out something (perhaps) more disturbing on the bridge.
