From a hike I did with friends to the top of Mt. St. Helens (Loowit) in Aug. 2000. It’s an amazing journey I hope to do someday with my kiddo. I grew up in the shadow of this and other nearby volcanoes and was barely a toddler when she blew. It has absolutely shaped my love for geology and the natural world. #MtStHelens #Loowit #pnw
