The next step in my attempt to buy land for my yurt has come and gone. After making my initial offer the other day the sellers got back to me today with their counter offer. Of course the price went up along with a couple other things but it was all within reason, in my opinion, so I initialed everything and just sent it back to the realtor.

Next up, it's my turn to do my due diligence on the lot with regards to any contingencies in the offer. So, looks like I'll now need to make another trip out there to at least meet with the county and possibly others if need be to make sure everything's on the up and up.
