After last weeks' snowfall I thought surely, after a weekend away, everything would be back to normal. I'm starting to sound like I do when I tell out-of-towner's, "It doesn't normally rain here that much, really!" Instead, I'm swapping the word "rain" for "snow".
We got another decent dumping this morning that thankfully came just after Sarah headed back to the airport for a business trip. There was a fresh couple inches worth at our house and it made for a slippery commute into work from the North End. What normally takes 10 to 15 minutes took about 40 minutes. Craziness. Anyway, once I got past the treacherous hills, I snapped a few shots of downtown from the driver's seat.
As always, send over your pics and/or lay down your snowy stories below in the comments.
Update (2007-01-16 @ 1:28pm)
I added a few pics below from last week's storm that
were sent to me from KFnet friend Colleen. She remarked, "If the kids don’t
go back to school soon, the parents are going to sled on out of here to
the
nearest bar and return sometime in the spring!" Thanks for the pics Colleen!
