Spring Stormy Sunday in Seattle

As strong winds began to buffet our neighborhood of West Seattle Connie and I decided to hop into the car and see the sights of crashing waves along nearby Alki Beach. Stormwatchers were out and about as the small roads were clogged with cars. Fortunately, the tide was low so no waves were crashing over the road. Unfortunately, the tide was low so no waves were crashing over the road. ;) Still, gusts were stiff but not tremendously damaging or dangerous so it was a great outing!

Connie was out in this weather harvesting bounty from our garden!

Lovely, fresh snow on the Cascades
